    1. “Marketing plan”, “Annual operational plans”, “Budgeting” were developed and launched the implementation on a base Sales-plan on 2011-2015. Marketing expenses were optimized. 2. Matrix structure of Marketing Department; Goals and objectives of Marketing system; Areas of responsibility; Viable Marketing System. Marketing business-processes were described. 3. Marketing-Team of the Department was created as a high efficient team from scratch, work with objections, procedures and powers for decision of complex tasks, heads of other Departments were attracted. Management Decisions on weekly meetings of the Board of Directors. 4. HR activities: position descriptions from scratch, vacancy descriptions, selection of candidates, offers, personal development plans, control of staff’s results, operative weekly/monthly planning and reporting, meetings were held with staffs of the Department, KPI’s. In my submission there were 5 staffs and 6 contractors. 5. Partners were involved to participate in a new “Partner’s program”. Sales growth was achieved through partners to 20%. Integration solutions were formed with 3 partners. Co-marketing events were organized. 7. Media-activities were realized: 3 own publications, 7-9 advertising articles, 15 publications and 5 comments from mass-media, 8 interviews in broadcasts and programs on TV. 8. 14 events were participated for 1 year; schedule of technical seminars were prepared and entered for partners. 9. Brand image was adjusted, corporate style was formed. Corporate web-site was made as conceptually new. Six videos about the products/company, 5 reviews were made. Full complete package of marketing materials was developed.
