Position: Head of Marketing and Business Development. Head of the Web development department. Head of department of 4 people. Duties: - To start a new Forex project and make it profitable within 8 months. Forex division had been deployed at 01.2011. - Forming and implementing of the marketing strategy from scratch. Defining goals and means to achieve them. Monitoring the cost of acquiring of client and searching for the ways to decrease it. - Supervising and monitoring of the process of the division web sites development. Integration with back office and trading platform. Integration with SalesForce CRM. Main projects: - Developing of the websites of division - Developing and implementing marketing strategy for acquiring clients at as low cost as possible. Forex division started its operation at 01.2011, marketing started at 02.2011. At months April and May the division had shown positive return of investments. Marketing budget is about $10,000 monthly and increasing. At September, October and November achieved ROI of about 4.- Январь 2010 – январь 2011

Forex division started its operation at 11.2009, marketing started at 03.2010. At months April and May the division had shown positive return of investments.
