    Обязанности и достижения:

    He first position in the company was an Engineer of labor protection with the follow responsibilities: - development of necessary internal regulations on labor protection for the creation and operation of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System; - elaborate of internal regulations on fire safety, electrical safety, XR safety. - conducting an introductory briefing on Labor protection, Fire safety (like a responsible person for the fire safety), XR safety (like a responsible person for the XR safety); - control over the conduct of periodic trainings on labor protections in the company's divisions; - control over observance of internal regulations and the state regulations on labor protection, fire safety, XR safety in the company's divisions; - working conditions monitoring in the office; - development of prevent measures of occupational diseases and ensure safe working conditions at the company's workplaces; - control over the implementation of measures to improve working conditions and bring working conditions to the requirements of state regulations on labor protection, fire safety and radiation safety. - organization of special assessment of working conditions at the company's workplaces. - organization and conduct of mandatory medical examinations, mandatory psychiatric examinations of employees, control over the passage of their employees; - organization and conduct of training on labor protection, annual testing of knowledge of the company's employees; - organization of provision of special protection (clothes, footwears) for employees; - interaction with the Social Insurance Fund on financing preventive measures to reduce industrial injuries and occupational diseases of employees, submission of applications and submission of reports to the branch of the Fund. - organization of individual dose control of “A group” personnel, preparation and submission of annual reports to the territorial Department of Rospotrebnadzor; - organization and control of the accident investigation in the company, preparation of the necessary documents for the accident investigation with their further submission to the relevant state authorities. Information support and control over the conduct of state regulations on labor protection, fire safety, electrical safety, XR safety in the Kazakhstan branch. Two years later, the responsibilities expanded over the functions of EHS: - metrological support of the Service Department: development of metrological regulations, organization of timely verification and calibration of instruments in accredited centers (Rostest-Moscow, NPP Doza, etc.); - interaction with the departments of Rospotrebnadzor and Roszdravnadzor on licensing issues; - organization of timely qualification improvement of Service personnel to ensure that licensing requirements are up to date; - participation in the company commission for work with scheduled authority inspections. Since 2016, annually, I interacted with the branch of the Social Insurance Fund on the financing of preventive measures (submitting applications and submitting reports to the branch of the fund). In 2017, I got the position of the Head of EH&S and office support department with the expansion of functionality: - management of 4 people team; - development of internal regulations necessary for the creation and functioning of the occupational health and safety management system and risk management system (policy, regulations); - development of regulations and instructions on the company's business activities, regulatory documents and methodological recommendations on record keeping and registration of management documents; - coordination of the administrative staff work, technical support of the office in order to ensure the uninterruptible operation of office life support systems, engineering and ventilation systems, small and large household appliances in the meal rooms, copying and multiplying and other office equipment of the company (technical inspection and repair); - control over the fulfillment of licensing requirements in the company (production control, advanced training of personnel on radiation safety and maintenance of medical equipment, certification of personnel on electrical safety). - control over the timely submission of environmental reports to the Ministry of Natural Resources of the Russian Federation. Over the years of work in the company I have managed to involve almost 100 percent of personnel in the processes of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System.The developed and implemented procedures of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System, Occupational risks and Quality Management Systems made it possible to keep up to date the company's compliance with the state requirements of occupational safety, radiation safety, fire safety, as well as the licensing requirements of Roszdravnadzor and Rospotrebnadzor.Every year, since 2016, the company's expenses for the purchase of individual protective tools, clothes, flushing and neutralizing agents, periodic medical examinations, special assessment of working conditions have been reduced due to the amounts of insurance premiums for mandatory social insurance against industrial accidents and occupational diseases.Over the years, the company has successfully passed inspections by the GIT of Moscow (2019), Rospotrebnadzor (2014,2018), Roszdravnadzor (2016), the Ministry of Emergency Situations (2013) _

    I started my career in the company from Engineer of laboratory with the follow responsibilities: Departure to the customer organizations for the survey of workplaces, carrying out instrumental measurements of physical factors in the workplace, registration of accounting documents on the work performed, implementation of necessary calculations for the assessment of physical factors of working conditions. Then, after 3 mouths, I got the position of Head of the group of engineers with expansion of responsibilities: Managing a group of engineers (4 people), planning visits of engineers group of Customers territory, checking the group's documents and submitting them for registration to the protocols. After 2 years, I got promoted to Head of the laboratory for control of physical factors with the follow responsibilities: Organization of the Laboratory's work to control physical factors of working conditions, preparation of a weekly work schedule for the division, organization of staff visits to the Customer's territory. Providing staff with the necessary tools, equipment, regulatory and methodological documents (state Standards, SanPins, Guidelines). Metrological support of laboratory control and measuring equipment, organization of timely verification and calibration of measuring tools. Management of the laboratory team (6 people). Visit to the territory of potential customers to survey workplaces (zones) and determine the scope of work, conclusion of contracts. Development of recommendations for improving working conditions in the surveyed workplaces. Development of laboratory QMS documents, preparation of reporting documents on the performance of the division, analysis of the effectiveness of the division's processes, participation in QMS audits of other divisions of the organization.
