I provide general administrative support such as, faxing, filing, photocopying, handling correspondence, prepairing expense report, making travel arrangements and coordinating mass mailings, manage communication flow (e-mail and telephone) between the Vice President and CAD's Regional Office, HQ staff and outside sources. Manage the Vice President's and the general department's calendar, organize logistics for meetings, conferences, and conference calls; Draft and edit letters, memos, short report/documents and articles for the Country Director. Assist in the maintenance of the Resettlement Departament section of the organization's Web Site; Manage Resettlement address and e-mail address list; Provide back-up support to the Senior and National Directors as requested
