Project management from the Contract effective date till fulfillment of the liabilities.
Responsibilities:
- setting primary goals and objectives for the project implementation, risks estimation and risk sessions conduction with the team players and management
- negotiations holding with the Clients, Owners, Maintenance service
- key project personnel recruitment participation and control
- coordination of the teamwork, team building
- elaboration and adjustment of technical and commercial offers for facilities construction including all the MEP systems
- control of the Frame Contracts, Purchase Orders and its Annexes
- scheduling of the equipment, components and spares, material and utilities manufacture,
shipment and delivery; observation control of the work and supply schedule
- development and control of the timeframes of the project/detail design documentation issue
- suppliers tenders conduction, initiation of contractors and subcontractors selection procedure
- tracking on the daily basis of the contract obligations fulfillment of all the project participants
- equipment assembly control due to the detail design documents
- start up and commissioning coordination activities
- preparation of checklists for inspection of input control equipment
Achievements:
- timely implementation of the project including start up and commissioning works -minimization of the supply chain and procurement timeframes
- application of innovative methods of installation at the operating facility
