Обязанности и достижения:
- Manage all aspects of bankers’ diary, prioritizing activities and coordinating schedules with both external and internal clients
- Organize bankers’ travel involving the coordination of detailed travel schedules, itineraries, and all related travel requirements
- Coordinate and arrange bankers’ meetings including all logistics, e.g. room-bookings, audio-visual requirements and transportation
- Complete and reconcile bankers’ expenses
- Track bankers’ and own daily activities and time spent on client projects
- Input and edit client contacts database
- Request equity research material and maintain bankers’ and clients’ research requirement
- Perform essential clerical tasks, e.g. preparation of letters/documents, reports, coordination of post, filing, archiving and retrieval of deal materials
- Provide effective support to bankers/managers by assisting with the management of day to day workflow
- Take Office manager’s responsibilities when required
