• Customer Success Manager - Maintaining relationship with clients (miners, smelter, traders, banks, insurance). Creating a new CS process on the platform.
• Managing KYC processing with new clients, handling legal documents for opening of new companies and bank accounts.
• Schedule planning and travel support (even during challenging times- covid19 - achieving 1 procedure).
• Organizing meetings with local partners and authorities, keeping relations, participating on those meetings.
• Power Point Presentations for investors/ competitions/ grants. (Interpretations and translations).
• Managing related operations' budgets, reporting and petty cash.
