Main responsibilities:
- Organization of conferences, meetings, briefings, seminars etc holding, VIP clients support, accompaniment of delegations;
- Organization of clients and partners accommodation, restaurant service;
- Searching and definition of assembly halls for meetings holding;
- Documents preparation for contracts signing and prolonging;
- Organization of purchasing and distribution of representative output for all departments of the company;
- Department budget preparation;
- Planning and monitoring of the department expenses.
