Job objective • Reconstruction and modernization of existing production (machinery, metallurgy) by means of mechanization and automation. • The introduction of a new lean production and management by production processes. • Preparation of project documentation, control and direct participation in the activities. • Documentation design development with CAD software. • Basic knowledge of metalworking and the development of optimized stamping processes by simulation with Qform 3d. • Computer, test bench simulation of forging equipment, forging processes by means of mechatronics and pneumatic automation. • Work with the modern means of technological process automatisation in blank production: servodrive, programmable logic controllers, codesys. • Working with the safety automatisation in industry to minimize trauma and alarm downtime in production. • Availability forming a patent request. • Decided the task of increasing the accuracy of forging on mechanical presses by compensation of elastic deformations with using adaptive system of precise control by the adjustment mechanism of the closed gap of the press. • Knowledge of forging equipment, design and selection of technological tooling, modern machinery technologies, equipment for metal processing, industrial equipment. • Experience of working with the tender documents posted electronic trading. • Preparation, coordination of the project contract, specifications, additional agreements with customers and contractors required for the project. • Communication with senior management / chief engineers / technologists of native and Europe machine building companies. • Member of the International Conference ICTP 2011 (Germany, Aachen).
