Training subcontractor’s employees for pre-commissioning and commissioning (PCC) works of Raychem (EHT & other equipment). Supervision of PCC of subcontractor’s personnel. Compliance with the requirements of safety regulations and control over their observance by subcontractor. Contacting with the client’s representatives on behalf of Pentair for quick issues solving and prompt responses to requests. Setting the parameters of NGC-20 (New Generation Controller 20) Pentair controllers that control operation modes of EHT and energy saving. Commissioning works on setting up the RS-485 network connecting the NGC-20 controllers to groups (loops) using Modbus protocol. Commissioning works of CPZ control panels installed in electrical substations that monitor controllers and control heat trace field power panels. Testing the connection between LV (low voltage) distribution boards and CPZ panels in substations. Testing the connection between CPZ panels and the plant’s power distribution control system (PDCS). Conducting functioning tests of equipment. Checking the fiber optic lines connecting all CPZ panels into a single network - CBB (the main control room of the Yamal LNG plant). Checking and correction of maintenance strategy (frequency, man-hours, scopes of work etc.) • Maintaining the required number of spare parts and materials according to storage standards, using the program SAP MM SALSA. Compiling lists of absent spare parts and necessary materials, placing orders for their purchasing and delivery (creation of MMRF to assign codes to new materials, attachment of materials to corrective work orders). • Extraction of statistical data from SALSA on materials, maintenance dates for particular equipment, number of spent man-hours, etc. • Control over compliance with equipment operating conditions. • Participation in procedures aimed at checking equipment technical condition, quality of repair and update works, acceptance of new equipment being delivered to CPF. • Control over compliance with the rules of operation and maintenance equipment. • Participation in the planning of capital repairs and equipment upgrades. • Conclusion and supervision of contracts with manufacturers to supply spare parts and equipment, as well as with contractors-companies engaged in major repair of general (industrial and production and non-industrial) funds. • Providing of co-workers with necessary technical documentation. • Control over the record-keeping of reports on maintenance, including scheduled preventive and corrective repairs. • Conclusion and supervision of contracts with subcontractors. • Taking part in investigations of Electrical equipment failures.Drafting of the investigation reports. • Main equipment: ALSTOM gas turbine power station, diesel generators Caterpillar, Cummens, MCC (6 kV switchgears and control cabinets 0,4kV Technological electrical equipment), PDCS (power distribution system), HVAC (Ventilation, heating and air conditioning systems), soft start 6kV - "AllenBradley", transformers "step up" and "step down", frequency converters VSD and MVD, "Raychem" heating cables, "skin effect" (heating oil pipelines at long distances).- Июль 2012 – декабрь 2014
