Iternational project: construction of Copper plant in Aktogay (Kazakhstan). My responsibility was for planning, organization, supervision and control of electrical installation work: 220-110-6 kV substation with harmonic filters 35/6 kV, internal power supply 6 kV, 380 V. - I coordinated work among the various subconstructors (NFC7, NFC15 Non ferum china, Tesla-Tan, PSI, SBI, ISS) on construction site, ensuring that all contractors are fully aware of the planned scope of activity on a daily, weekly and monthly schedule. Analyzed the contractor's workforce in terms of skills, suitability to operations and numbers deployed. Analyzed production man hours against overall production, and against specific packages of special items, reporting all variations. Was aware of all site traffic, and ensure that procedures and traffic management are in place for movement in and around the overall site. Ensured that all night working was clearly monitored and supervised in all respects. - Monitored the electrical installation work to assure compliance with plans, drawings and specifications (Ausenko, ABB, PUDA), recording and reporting any deviation or change to agreed design. Coordinated work among various equipment vendors (ABB, PUDA, Alarko) on construction site. - Controlled the quality of electrical installation work, liaised with quality management to ensure that the specifications and quality standards are being achieved and adhered to in line with contract conditions. Solved technical problems which occurred during electrical fixtures installation and debugging. Was aware of all materials brought to certified laydown areas, and monitor the storage is managed in line with material types and requirement of the construction. - Monitored and recorded contractor's progress in line with project schedule and key milestones. Reported about performed work to Line Manager on daily basis. Recorded overstorage and damage reports, non-confirmation reports (OS&DR, NCR) of electrical equipment (transformers, switchboards, electric motors etc). Wrote equipment purchase orders (PO) and site instructions (SI). Coordinated pre-commissioning of equipment (ABB, Siemens, NHI). - Also I was aware on proactive level of any HSE issues that occur on daily basis, resolving and reporting such events, allocating 20-25% of working hours to these tasks.
