General information: Young specialist of one of the most leading high-tech products procurement company in the world is looking to switch. My professional background over the last years has been in the field finance and conclusion of major export contracts. Expert in: • International financial transactions, also in terms of the sanctions imposed on Russia; • Means of guaranteeing of international payments. Broad experience in: • Framing the most favorable terms of payment in export contracts for high-tech products procurement (appropriate balance of advance payment by direct bank transfer/Letter of Credit and payment from Letter of Credit against shipping documents); • Export price assessment including all the possible promotion, delivery, insurance and bank expenditures; • Participating in sales negotiations with the foreign buyers including detailed discussion over providing the most appropriate payment routes; Besides, in: • Consideration, approval and conclusion of contracts with banks for issuance of bank guarantees (advance payment guarantee, performance guarantee); • Preparation/verification of payment documents concerning international transactions (opening/verification of Letter of Credits, issuing bank guarantees etc.); • Drafting and issuing invoices for foreign buyers; • Monitoring of timely receipt of currency earnings; • Adjusting LC in accordance with the terms of contracts; • Settling accounts with the suppliers; • Controlling foreign bills receivable; • Monitoring timely payment of bank charges; • Providing the company management with different reference and analytical materials in the field of supply of high-tech products. Additional experience: • Property valuation of the companies to invest in and assessment of potential profitability; • Participating in auctions for selling companies’ property; • Performing operations in the money market.
