Обязанности и достижения:
As Plant Manager I provide and guarantee: General management of production and economic activities of production Ensuring the fulfillment of production tasks, the rhythmic production of high-quality products, the effective use of personnel, basic and current assets Work to improve the organization of production, technology, mechanization, improve equipment quality and reduce costs Current production planning, accounting, analysis, reporting on production activities in a timely manner Proper application forms and systems of wages and material incentives Ensuring the provision of all necessary reports on the production (OTD, Efficiency, Costs etc), monitoring indicators and taking measures to ensure compliance with the Targets Control over the correctness of accounting for staff time in the subordinate unit Training and skills development of subordinate staff Evaluation of technical safety of operated machines, mechanisms, equipment and measures to bring them in line with EHS requirements Coordination of work of the workshop, determination of powers, duties and responsibility of subordinate personnel Control over the compliance of employees of the subordinated unit with the rules of EHS, industrial and labor discipline, internal regulations Work to ensure the safety of operating production equipment, to upgrade and replace equipment in case of non-compliance The introduction and management of lean manufacturing principles on production and WH, focus on continues improvement Managing of project in Production department: localization new type of equipment, increase localization of parts, the reduction of CSH to reduce the cost of equipment and speed up assembly, TPM to be totally applied, no shutdowns cause of broken equipment. Successful implementation of WMS in Navi system and WH As Operation Quality Manager I provide and guarantee: Management of the quality management system in production: - Claim Management (Customer PPM, Claims repeating, Corrective action, WI, Catalogue of mistakes etc) - Deviation process - ProCert - Incoming insperction process - Red Card management - Red Zone management - FMEA, Control plan - Scrapping process - COPQ - PPM EoL - Supplier Quality (SPPM, Claim management, Supplier quality improvement) Conformity of production to ISO 9001 As Ethics and compliance officer I provide and guarantee: Control over compliance with the requirements of the Code of Ethics and the Company's policy (anti-corruption, lobbying, prohibition of price collusion, competition, conflicts of interest, etc.) Training for employees Enterprise Risk Management - coordination, creation, monitoring of the implementation of the Mitigation plan Investigation of violations and incidents, preparation of Corrective action plan Establishment of a monitoring system in the field of Ethics and Compliance- Сентябрь 2014 – январь 2017
