RESPONSIBILITIES • To forecast main business KPIs of product categories on the country level (55+ stores) • To take supply & pricing actions basing on analysis of performance and forecast on different time horizons • To create business reports with visualized data and to explain the sense of the results on regular basis • To maintain the availability and the turnover ratio of the stock by accurate forecasting the sales, placing orders correctly, taking marketing decisions to increase the turnover • To draw, calculate and validate business plans for categories of products for 1 and 5 year horizon • To create assortment matrix for the ahead season • To perform market researches in collaboration with commercial manager • To create pricing policy for different types of products' categories • To control and make business in the perimeter of several products' categories in amount of 140-170 SKU RESULTS • Became autonomous in 4 months since the beginning of integration period (the accepted norm in company = 1 year) • Guaranteed the stable growth in categories of products according to business plan, even facing hardships with supply caused by pandemic • Implemented 3 new categories of TOP technicity range products to the global assortment of Bikes department • Created and implemented the training program for retail on country level regarding the values of the products and the specificity of consultations • Successfully integrated 3 newcomers as retail suppliers up to autonomous level • Created a number of ad hoc data analytic tools on the department level to optimize the human resources of teammates- Январь 2019 – ноябрь 2020
