Responsibilities:
• Communicating with clients to identify personal and professional qualifications of the candidates they are looking to hire;
• Creating job opening profiles along with skill matrixes and emailing forms;
• Sourcing/researching in major US databases: Monster, CareerBuilder, Dice, ComputerJobs; free databases and open web, online recruiting, including Google, Yahoo and Live search; network search – LinkedIn;
• Candidates’ screening, interviewing, assessing qualifications of selected candidates;
• Reference Checking;
• Candidates’ profile entry;
• Collecting referrals;
• Introducing candidates to clients;
• Reporting to the management team.
