    • Expediting revenue recognition by performing the entire quote to cash process, which includes software, maintenance, and service delivery to the energy companies: ENI, Rosneft, Gazprom, etc. • Ensuring the region delivers its forecasted numbers: adjusting latest thinking forecast, instructing the sales team on what steps to take to meet the revenue recognition deadline • Ensuring the region stays compliant with the export compliance laws, in charge of maintaining the sales team awareness of the export compliance requirements • Point of contact for competency rollout and rating in the region • Delivered to a tight deadline a yearly access for a supermajor oil company with 30+ sites globally, allowing seamless work for the customer during holidays • Facilitated implementation of SalesForce in the region, which eliminated the risk of customer relationship management disruption • In collaboration with the global team, developed from scratch a Collaboration Tool, which currently contains over 100K cases, allowing to move forward with other global IT projects faster
