According to my MA-role, I'm responsible for the following areas: gynecology, urology, dermatology and venereology, pediatrics, infectious diseases, endocrinology, rheumatology
1. To provide scientific support and expertise to cross-functional team and other internal stakeholders with respect to promotional materials creation process, advertising and educational programs, clinical research, medical information, regulatory issues in compliance of ethical business principles
2. Review regulatory, medical and safety materials from scientific point of view to ensure full compliance with local medical, regulatory and legal requirement
3. Establish peer-to-peer relationships with Key Medical Opinion Leaders (KOL's), KOL's development, support in presentations preparation and review, medical briefing before events
4. Provides educational support inside cross-functional team as well as Field Force medical knowledge training in assigned TA (s). Training of internal new employers 2 times a year (cycle meeting), 2 times a year - induction, and upon request
5. Medical budget regular review and planning for 2021
6. Active participation in Business Development initiatives: products medical analysis, business cases preparation with Marketing, new products offer according to company needs and market knowledge
7. Keep high level of medical expertise in responsible areas by constant self-education with help of medical events attendance, literature search, information exchange with KOLs, etc. Provide regular medical updates being an expert for Marketing and Field Force
8. Organization of medical scientific events - big scientific event (150 HCPs in person, 1000 online participants, NPS > 70%) - on range of medical topics in-line with brand strategy and small (60 HCPs in person, 300 online participants, NPS >70%)
9. Pre-launch of new product Russia affiliate - advisory board preparation by discussion of new product and indications and it's place in therapy algorithms for gynecological infections.
10. To create a educational website for patients with focus on herpes labialis (creation of text and video content and promotion on relevant web recourses) - To reach 25000-50000 users per year.
11. Website for doctors about herpes labialis development as a base for Edu/informational Project
12. Launch of the new-format educational medical activities: short videos, podcasts, "The Academy of objections", content for Telegram-channel
