II was involved in website administration, maintaining records and clients databases alongside with provision of customers from the US, Europe, Australia and Asia with basic information on the company's products and services. I also handle inquiries on the phone, email and live chat, along with data-gathering and data-providing duties, resolving customers’ complaints, referring customers to the proper channels, and record daily statistics and accomplishments.
