Обязанности и достижения:
- Maintain the relationship with the key personal of assigned Employer-client for finding solutions concerning their manpower needs.
- Attend meeting with our clients to understand their specific needs in order to provide customized solutions for their operational management with the accurate candidates.
- Improve and maintain the relationship between Employer-Client and 3rd party contractors.
- Coordinate communication campaigns to potential candidates on behalf of Employer-clients.
- Responsible for business development by demonstrating the ability to identify, investigate, and close B2B opportunities into industrial and services markets.
- Proactive business development and maintaining client retention, including hosting meetings, events, creation and delivery of business proposals, in addition to facilitating and negotiating contractual agreements.
- Create a weekly financial and business analysis report from Sage 300 (hours per clients, headcount by categories, sales/hours, Account Receivable, diagram, sales vs forecast etc...).
- Managing the vehicle fleet with our partner “DISCOUNT Car & Truck Rentals”.
- Drivers cost management and analysis (cost of fuel, work time, deliveries and pick-up, Mileage, #stops).
- Managing the Invoices for our customers and the Bills for our drivers through QuickBooks and through a close relationship with our accountants.
- Creation of a sales and driver’s cost analysis chart for a weekly analysis on Google Sheets.
- Managing the Loads on “LoadLink” (TransCore LinkLogistics).
- Created a new Load Sheet through Excel.
- Doing, Negotiating and Managing the Loads Sheets with the Carriers.
- In charge for managing the Invoices for our Shippers and Bills for our Carriers (Freight Forwarding).
