    Reservation Manager

    Обязанности и достижения:

    * Identifying new business opportunities within existing clients, building and maintaining client relationships; * Developing and implementing the company polices & procedures; * Signing contract agreements with partners while negotiating the rates and special promotions; * Analyzing the beneficial destinations for flights from Russia to Vietnam in order to increase the revenue for the company and expand the business; * Solving any contract-related problems that may arise with the partners and internally with the company itself * Handling complaints and force majeure situations professionally and within the timely manner; * Negotiating contracts with key customers within agreed defined budgets; * Maintaining and updated database and records, making market research & competitors analysis; * Developing strong relationships with key accounts and decision makers at multiple levels; * Building and maintaining relationships with high-end clients and luxury Hospitalities; * Identifying client needs and opportunities by growing partnerships with allocated key accounts; * Requesting support for special rates from partners according to flight occupancy; * Reviewing proposals, generating quotations and contracting for Mice Business; * Analyzing market, creating business strategy to hit competitive rate comparing with other competitors (or at least achieve rate parity agreements with third party) in order to maximize yield; * Supervising assigned personnel (e.g. screening, interviewing, recommending, training, evaluating, etc.) for the purpose of enhancing productivity of staff, and ensuring that department outcomes are achieved; * Conducting periodic performance appraisal to all assigned staff, and for growth, development, engagement and motivation, coaching and guiding of the department's employees; * Conducting research to identify new markets and customer needs; * Arranging business meetings with prospective clients while preparing budgets, schedules, and other organizational reports as/if is required; * Generating weekly, monthly, and annual reports and attending quarterly P&L meetings; * Holding responsibility for the contracting while ensuring the rates are competitive and up-to-date for the delivery to the team and overseas partners on time; * Keeping the organization structure, objectives, practices and information under review; * Holding responsibility for the marketing, partner loyalty & satisfaction initiatives, weekly newsletters, SMM updates; * Working closely with marketing team in order to provide market feedback for the drive of new business expansion opportunities; * Responsible for the marketing research for new training services within the industry field.
