„X Provision of recommendations, advice and support to project management concerning all issues affecting the financial outcome of the Project and coordination the overall process of administration and control of subcontract agreements
„X Preparation and processing contractual arrangements with third parties as per CompanyЎ¦s procedures
„X Evaluation and interpretation of Main Contract, Sub Contracts and Supply conditions and obligations and advise Project team on liabilities and risks under the contractual arrangements
„X Managing and securing Project interests with necessary bonds, warrantees, insurances, undertakings, etc until final discharge of obligations
„X Preparation and analyze budget reports for project managers detailing obligations, commitments, actual expenses and funds availability
„X Recommendation and initiation of necessary budget transfer, contract transfer, grant transfers, and obtains all supporting documentation
„X Preparation of year-end accrual information
„X Provision information and assistance to auditors during their audit of contracts
„X Liaising with Company Cost Engineering Group on cost allocation and availability of funds relating to Payment Certificates
„X Working with Ў§SAPЎЁ, providing assistance to Cost Engineering Group in preparation of Service Entries
„X Assisting the C&P Team with preparation CBS, Contract Amendments, Requisitions and Single Source justifications
„X Acting as focal point for Contracts to ensure that the Contractor complies with invoicing requirements
„X Attending selected meetings with Contractors at which contractual/commercial matters may be discussed
„X Recording, Monitoring, and notification appropriate parties relative to the claims against Contractor. Preparation of monthly claims report
„X Monitoring the status of Procurement and Purchase Orders, liaising with the Contractor or Supplier and making appropriate payment recommendations through to Contract Close out
„X Liaising with Quantity Surveyors to verify measurement for payment purposes
„X Detecting Variations and Changes to the Contract in liaison with the Quantity Surveyors and prepare, demonstrate, negotiate and follow up of Final Accounts, Variations and Claims, until settlements
„X Interaction with Contractors to implement client requirements related to scope of work, service frequency and cost
„X Participating in the agreement of the final account and processing of the Completion Certificate and preparation of the Close out Report
„X Preparation and processing substantial completion and final acceptance paperwork necessary for contract closeout. Requests advertisement and advises all interested parties that closeout in the process
„X Coaching and ensuring the development and training of local contracts officers to required competency levels
