• Monitoring and analysis of industry trends and market data to identify and develop new business opportunities (more than 20% of new contracts in the first half of the year)
• Optimization and prioritization among partners in line with the company's global strategy (contract core from 37 to 24)
• Business development of current licensees within Disney brands (joint business planning with TOPs)
• Developing individual product marketing strategy and implementing it through distribution and advertising initiatives
