Обязанности и достижения:

Обязанности и достижения:
• Supervision, control and monitoring of civil works (earthworks – road & pad construction, piles driving, installation of pile caps, grillages, steel structures, foundations and others civil activities); • Participate in daily briefings on safety in the workplace and signed permit to work as a representative from the customer; • Participation at meetings on safety and construction with the participation of contractors; • Permanente works with contractors for preparation of works permit construction activities; • Control timing, quality and compliance of the design documentation of construction works; • Providing inspection of management and signing as-build documentation of the Project and completed volumes of work; • Frequently assesses subcontractors for their work and quality standards for them meeting the project specifications; • Ensures that all the work activities get completed as per project specifications; • Responsible for establishing, promoting and maintaining a safe and hazard free working environment; • Plans for the deployment and redeployment of resources for timely completion of work; • Develops and maintains computerized critical path method schedules based on engineering, procurement and construction philosophies for the project; • Maintains regular status and reporting of activity progress contained within the project schedules; • Prepares actual and forecast assessments of schedule progress for all project phases; • Works directly with construction contractors in planning weekly and monthly detail work plans; • Conducts weekly schedule reviews with construction contractors; • Prepares management level reports displaying curves, graphs and other pertinent statistical information; • Review of design documentation for compliance with international and Russian Federation standard and norms; • Providing high standard of HSE on the Project. Coordinating interface between different departments/services on Site; • Day to Day management of the construction related activities in order to ensure that the Project is completed on time, within budget and to quality requirements. Completed objects: industrial facilities (gas turbine power generator unit, oil tanks, diesel generators, heat exchanger, water injection building, sulfur granulation building, oil transfer pumps building, fire water tanks, degassing drum, pipe rack (oil, cable, fair water), air coolers and others).
