Обязанности и достижения:
Conduct reviews, recommendations & final approval of inspections done for Civil &Structural Works • Raising inspections to QC/consultant • Material management • Contact technical department to request updated drawings • Getting approval from consultant for different work items • Setting out sites and organizing facilities • Overseeing building work • Overseeing all the finishing works in site • Control site activities to maintain work standards and meet quality assurance targets. • Facilitated construction by mapping out installations and establishing reference points, grades and elevations. • Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly • Ensuring project meet agreed specifications • Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff • Providing technical advice and solving problems on site • Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork • Submitting site progress reports, inspection requests and snagging close out reports • Divide activities between supervisors and foremen • Ensuring that daily reports are made and submitted regularly and follow up the required site submission documents for works as materials Submittals, shop drawings, and make sure that approved shop drawing is available for site activity on the time • Establish detail works schedule for site activity as per project plan and distribute it to engineer and subcontractor • Ensuring that the site works are carried out in accordance with the approved drawings and specifications and monitoring the actual performance of activities on site • Coordinate between all the parties and Monitoring the sub-contract's daily site activities, including program, labor strength, with Ensuring site safety standards are maintained • Ensuring all inspections are carried out at a time requested to Consultants and recorded • Review submitted invoice with quantity surveyor to insure that invoiced works are approved and followed projects specification and clients requirement Projects Undertaken 1. Operation and maintenance project – Al Ain - United Arab Emirates (April 2021- Sep 2022) 2. Secondary technical school – Zayed Education Complex- Project – Ras AL Khaimah - United Arab Emirates (September 2019-April 2021) 3.
