    BoE member, participated in building a brand’s strategy, determined annual KPIs and reported about their execution . Responsibilities: - Building brand’s marketing strategy to achieve main KPIs of the company - Media planning, control of expands and efficiency of marketing channels - Product management (development and support of all customer services).     BoE member, used to determine digital strategy of company with budget over 400k USD monthly. One of the biggest departments in Alpari – up to 70 people in-house. Responsibilities: - Strategy and budget planning (annual and on monthly basis) - Determining the direction in the development of customer services and products (website and MyAlpari) - Visual part (look and feel) of all products - Product marketing strategy (except offline), media plans, digital strategy for all channels and regions of presence - Media planning, control of expands - Marketing research and web analytics (with periodical reporting to TOP management).     Online advertising (Digital) - Conducting advertising campaigns in Yandex Direct, Search and Display Networks (with target on Russia and CIS) - Conducting advertising campaigns in Google AdWords - Search, GDN, RMKT, GSP, RLSA, YouTube with target on Russia, CIS, Nigeria, India, Vietnam, Indonesia, India, Philippines, Malaysia, Latin America - Advertising in Bing, Coccoc (Vietnam), media buying. - From 200 to 500% of growth in Deposits for 2 years in paid digital channels - SEO – main goal was the growth of organic traffic in countries we had been focused on. Thanks to correct internal optimization and link building we achieved big results in India, China, Nigeria and Indonesia. - SMM – building content strategy, control of customers’ engagement, behavior analysis. During 2 years we doubled our active audience in social networks. And, of course, marketing research and web analytics. A number of reports were configured and developed – cohort analysis, funnels, and attribution models. Frontend The main issue was to develop web products for our customers and incoming traffic – website, MyAlpari, LPs. We also took part in developing CMS and some internal services. Cooperation with digital team was on a high level – so integration of GTM or other analytical scripts was not a problem. Furthemore: code refactoring (if necessary), analysis and improvement of the loading speed. Achievements: • Layout was moved to the methodology of BEM • New MyAlpari was developed (with mobile version) https://my.alpari.com/ • To control all form (like registration) we covered them with unit tests (on JS) • Many optimization solutions were integrated that simplified and accelerated the work of webpages (the main page download speed reduced from 12 sec to 4 sec) I also developed Alpari Cashback product https://alpari.com/ru/promo_bonus/alpari_cashback/. It was my personal product which was created from prototype with financial model to a customer service with a number of functions, and it helped company to improve retention.
