From August 2006 to present - Chief Engineer for H.G.S. Service Center – after H.G.S. and Apostrof-Print statutory consolidation, with more than 30 personnel under my supervision. Responsible for provide service and technical support to customer and managing staff. Also I deal with press and prepress equipment such as Ryobi, Screen, Schneider Senator, Horizon, Imacon, basysPrint, HighWater Python, Roland, Esko-Graphics. Take part in complicated equipment repairs and installations. Develop and inculcated a technical service system based on a customer contracts. Organize the branch offices and central office interactions in terms of service activities. Develop and organize service workflow, as well as electronic documents circulation system and service self-repayment system. Organize the technical trainings in a Supplier’s sites as well as engineers of Supplier’s visits to our Customer sites in a regular way.
