Responsibilities: Organization and control of all financial process of the company, which includes: • All taxation and accounting transactions, development and implementation of the accounting and tax policies. • Tax planning, monitoring and optimization of tax risks in compliance with the current Russian Tax legislation; • Organization and control of the timely payments to tax authorities and funds • Preparation and submission of the annual financial reports and quarterly tax declarations to the tax authorities, pension fund, social security fund. Regular reconciliation with tax authorities and funds • Control during the all types of tax audits by tax authorities, defending of the company’s point of view in the court cases • Management and control of all cash flows of the company • Negotiations with the banks • Development, implementation and control of the internal control system for insurance of the safeguarding of the company’s assets and high quality reporting • Reengineering and automatization of the company’s processes • Performance of the management accounting, reporting under IFRS • Preparation and presentation of all types of the reports (financial, management and ad-hoc) to the company’s owners (head office in London) and management. • Review of the contracts with third parties regarding the compliance with tax and accounting legislation of Russia • Organization, development and management of the accounting department • Organization of the effective work of the accounting department with all company’s departments and outside clients. • Performance of all HR issues of the company. Participation in the creation of the motivation policies, KPIs and assessments of the personnel. Achievements: • Start of the accounting, tax and HR process from the scratch, their updating in accordance with the development of the company and the changes in the legislation. • Winning of the court case against the tax authorities with the total amount of 300 mln RUR • Successful work with troubled Accounts receivable debtors.
