- Marketing campaigns organization at the retail chains to boost the sales;
- Sales strategy and goods positioning change, product expansion;
- Personal sales to key clients.
Results achieved:
- Purchasing and logistics procedures implementation reduced expenses by 10%;
- Company’s profit was increased from 5% (major accounts sales) to 35% (retail sales)
- New Trade Mark “MARKOMILK” (Premium Class) was developed and introduced to the retail market;
- All questions regarding logistics, certification and customs clearance for the new goods were solved;
