Обязанности и достижения:
• Business Unit Management: fulfill of sales growth targets, execute of business unit plan, elaborate strategies for business development, identify the best opportunities of investment
• People management: specify business objectives for Product Managers, Regional Field Force Managers and Medical Representatives; identify personal development needs; provide coaching to Product and Field Force Managers and assist in process of acquiring and retaining customers; evaluate performance of every subordinate vs. objectives on a regular basis (92 subordinates)
• Sales & Marketing Activities: assess potential of the Russian territory, conduct market research and support by on-going visits to customers, create sales strategy to achieve volume, market share and profitability goals, specify market requirements for current and future product launches, manage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities; set individual sales targets for Product Managers, Regional Field Force Managers and Medical representatives aligned with Business Unit and Company Business Plan; conduct regular sales analyses
• CRM Management: to introduce and develop “Pharmacy Concept”
• Demand Planning: forecast sales volumes in reference to key customers and products
