• Providing full support to shift employees’ travel arrangements (air tickets / hotel reservations) for employees’ business trips along with advisory services.
• Revision and approval monthly‐consolidated documentation (including invoices and supporting documents, acts of acceptance, reconciliation letters).
• Contract cost control, tracking payments and deadlines.
• Monitoring and quality control of contracted scope of services.
• Issuing and monitoring reports related to Business Support Team enquiries and travel statistics
• Preparation of tender documentation including budget and statistics, monitoring the approval stages, compiling evaluation criteria etc, negotiation of terms and conditions.
• Provision of contract summaries upon request also including contract status, ensure contract execution in accordance with Company Policy.
• Participation in developing corporate business travel procedures and guidelines.
• Preparing business trips statistical reports upon management request, including details on travel documents and proposal on cost optimizations.
• Writing guidelines for BTR & Shift Management Systems (CRM) development.
• Coordination with HR, Security, Transport and Management on staff shifts rotation schedule and amendments.
1. Identified discrepancies in travel documentation by ticket verification tools through Amadeus & Galileo GDS systems, managed to retrieve at least $100,000 over the last 3 years.
2. Entire volume monitoring of prices for travel services saved at least $1,000,000 over 6 years.
3. Negotiated corporate discounts with leading airlines in the Middle East, generated 5% savings on a $20,000,000 budget.
4. Prompt processing of tickets refund and exchange saved around $50,000 over 3 years.
5. Prompt planning and organization of charters flights for staff rotation in 2020 and 2021 brought savings over $500,000.
