• Developing and executing business development strategy and planning
• Pricing policy development
• Analyzing market and competitors; developing a strong understanding of competitor landscape and mitigate risks of losing customers to competition
• Managing a pipeline, providing forecasts, reporting and updating in CRM in a timely manner
• Maintain understanding of customer’s requirements, trends, risks, opportunities and satisfaction, growing customer base
• Market research: market structure analysis, market segmentation, analysis of supply and demand, identification of potential needs
• Launching new product and promoting the product portfolio on the territory
• Expand market awareness of the products by communicating features and benefits of the products and services
• Development of customized advertising campaigns
• Representing company at the HOC, conferences and other events. Interaction with KOLs and dealers (incl. interviews), organizing and conducting product training events (incl. dealer seminars, overseas factory tours and trainings)
• Tender analysis, data updating in SAP
• Developing demo policy
• Optimization of stocks
• Dealer development, expansion of the dealer network. Education and guidance to support partners. Providing marketing support for distributors and attracting new ones
• Liaising with departments and subsidiaries
