     Preparation of reports such as; surveys and market analysis, identification of market opportunities, preparation of market entry plans, product reports, trade development plans, monthly, quarterly & annual success reports).  Providing up-to-date information on Russian/Belarusian market access requirements, trading conditions, and policies having influence on Pakistan’s trade and economic interests in the post country (maintaining and regularly updating the Doing Business Guide)  Holding offline presentations during "Introducing Pakistan" seminars, being held in the largest Russian cities.  Holding product-wise online webinars for Pakistani exporters.  Assisting the businessmen of both countries in the resolution of trade disputes in coordination with the relevant organizations in Pakistan and Russia, such as the Trade Dispute Resolution Organization, Chambers, and Associations.  Assisting Pakistani companies in launching into the Russian market.  Negotiations with target Russian buyers on behalf of Pakistani suppliers.  Constant cooperation with Russian veterinary and phytosanitary watchdog “Rosselkhoznadzor” (Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance).  Assisting Pakistani exporters in optimally exploiting the trade opportunities available and arising in the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus through business matchmaking.  Russian FMСG market analysis, cooperation with major Russian retail chains. Leads generations.  Administration of detailed budgets for events and promotional activities.  Monitoring and reporting of changes and development in trade between Russia and Pakistan.  Providing logistical and marketing support to the Pakistan pavilions and individual exhibitors participating in trade fairs and exhibitions held in the post country and neighboring/regional countries.  Organizing product-specific promotional events of Pakistani export products in the post country.  Organizing visits of buyers from Russia to Pakistan and visa-a-versa. My work as a Business Development (Marketing) Officer at Pakistan Embassy includes researching and identifying trendsetter business ideas. I am providing support to Pakistani Manufacturers/Exporters in selling their products in the market of the Russian Federation. For this purpose, various products, trade-economic, business development, and market launch reports are being prepared by me monthly, quarterly, and annually. To increase the efficiency of direct marketing, I am being involved in the organization of participation of Pakistani companies in different events held in Russia and Pakistan, such as trade fairs/exhibitions, B2B meetings, networking with buyers/importers, product promotion campaigns. Unfortunately, the COVID19 pandemic made changes and brought difficulties in our trade & investment promotion program and now we are focused on the organization of webinars and video conferences. Trade Wing used to organize (before COVID-19) 3-4 seminars a year aiming to introduce the trade, investment, and tourism potential of Pakistan. We were inviting Russian importers, exporters, and companies interested in establishing joint ventures with Pakistani companies, and Russian tourism agencies. Presentations were drafted by me. I am involved/ and dealing with resolutions of trade dispute cases between Pakistani and Russian companies, banes, or restrictions imposed by Russian Rosselkhoznadzor (Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary control), other issues which require the interference of the Trade wing.
