    Обязанности и достижения:

    As a Product Manager I was fully responsible for the business of my company in Russia and CIS. To provide the growth I worked in 2 directions - push market (producers of insulated glass units) and pull market (producers of windows, doors and facades; architects, facade engineers and designers). For both of these directions I was creating marketing material with different approach and arguments and constantly communicate with the market players. I arranged different formats of meetings with current and potential customers - regular meetings with management, technical seminars, factory tests of our products, participated in local and global exhibitions and events. I analyzed the market on a continuous basis to be in line with the market trends and deliver right product in the right time. On that basis I created strategic and operational planning for my market - volumes, products, pricing etc. On constant basis I communicated within my international network of colleagues to exchange an experience and avoid double job. My operational tasks were order management (both internal and external), stock management, logistics, financial controlling and reporting, customer support (technical, financial, etc). Some processes were outsourced and I was setting tasks and controlled an external teams. Continuous improvement of these processes and costs optimization were also part of my tasks.

    I was responsible for after sales business at Bosch Packaging Technology within the assigned industries (confectionery & food) for market of Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan. Main tasks were sales of modernizations (implementation of new packaging formats, replacement of outdated equipment and technology), spare parts and services for all installed base of packaging equipment from 10 production plants of Bosch Packaging Technology. For all sold projects I was acting as a project manager. I managed a team of 1 Customer Service Specialist, 3 Field Service Engineers and 2 Trainees. Planned their tasks, controlled KPIs and reported to management. Claims & warranty management were also under my responsibilities. Within this position I developed cross divisional communication within Bosch and as a result together with other division of Bosch we sold completely new packaging line based on only Bosch equipment. It was a first and very successful experience of such cooperation. Within this project I had to take over the sale of new equipment from responsible colleagues to make communication with customer and other division work properly and it gave us great result - customer ordered 1 more packaging line from us.

    I was responsible for after sales business for technological equipment for dairy industry for one of the company`s Global customer. My area of responsibility was limited by 14 production plants outside of Moscow. I took care of operational part of the business: sales of plant components, spare parts, services; technical support, claim management, breakdown support. But my main focus were modernization projects for implementation of a new products, increasing of efficiency of production, replacement of outdated equipment or technology, decreasing of energy consumption and carbon footprint. Based on understanding of customer needs and working closely with their R&D and production staff I leaded these projects as a sales and then as a project manager. As a part of Global Key Account team I worked closely with my colleagues from New Equipment Sales and both Sales and Service of Packaging Department. Additionally I participated in a launch of a local service product - Analysis of energy saving potential (for water, energy and compressed air consumption). Using own or partner`s competence we were making an investigation and then created a detailed report about possible improvements and an offer for implementation of such a project.
