Conducted 10 successful negotiations with the owners of the objects. Signed rent agreements for three very interesting places; — сreated segmentation by types of customers for the sale of advertising on the scale, type and level of advertising costs; — сonducted an analysis of equipment suppliers. Identified the main pool consisting of 19 companies, including 6 Chinese manufacturers. Conducted negotiations with all suppliers and identified the top 3 companies that meet the requirements for quality, cost and service level; — set up the CRM system, created internal document templates, and defined the organizational structure with a view to expanding the staff.
