Обязанности и достижения:
- Reporting directly to General Manager;
- Supervision of marketing department;
- Analyzing market, preparing purchasing plans and supervising all the issues concerning import of goods: ordering, shipment tracking, and customs issues;
- Preparing marketing strategies for getting greater share on the market as a distributor of well-known brands;
- Visiting fairs and suppliers’ offices;
- Support of sales department.
Assisting General Manager included such tasks as:
• Arrangement of business trips and meetings (cooperation with embassies and agencies for receipt of visas; preparation of schedules for visits of major fairs and lists of potential vendors to meet; accompanying General Manager at business trips to fairs and vendor meetings as well as conducting of negotiations with them);
• Preparation of purchase plans and full conduct of business negotiations with vendors in Germany, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, UK, USA, Brazil, South Korea, Taiwan and China at a post-contract stage of cooperation (analyzing current stock, demand on the market and potential of new products; preparing of orders; conducting negotiations for prices and discounts; meetings with accounts department to analyze the cash flow and possibilities to meet the purchase plan; reporting to General Manager the results of work done and submitting documentation for confirmation);
• Search of and arrangement of meetings with local consultancy agencies (for receiving and preparation of ISO 9001, user’s manuals according to Turkish regulations and laws, interaction with state bodies);
• Maintenance of document flow between vendors our accounts department and customs agent (proformas, invoices, bills of lading, certificates, etc)
• Full control of web-site development and preparation of marketing strategies such as cooperation with famous periodical magazines for advertisement purposes (reporting to General Manager the results of work done and submitting documentation for confirmation);
• Accompanying General Manager at local meetings with big customers.
