• searching for customer (especially EPCM projects for product with high added value)
• strategy for CIS market and its realizing
• sales arrangement (1 subordinate)
• negotiation with customer (from conception or URS to contract)
• events (conference, trade-shows, work-shops)
• market analyzing and strategy updating
• travel to customers intensively
• visiting customers (presentation, collaboration, dealing etc.)
• contracts
• project coordination
• supplying support
• reporting to German office
Achievements:
- 2 big EPCM projects;
- 4 projects with products which are absolutely new for CIS market (feed additives, breaker for oil industry, pesticides, aroma for food industry)
- developed 12 new final products (breakers, deicer, special feed additives, aroma, special salts etc.) with customers
- database more than 180 contacts (chemical and food industries)
- new strategy for Russian market and its realizing;
- 4 Local partners as suppliers of row materials for potential customers;
- 3 local project company as partners
- 3 local University as partners;
- several workshops for customers at University
