Обязанности и достижения:
1. Brand management: development and execution of the Brand’s marketing activities / marketing plans, including:
- Development of the Brand strategy and preparation of Marketing Plans;
- Preparation and execution of the Brand repositioning and new line extension launch;
- Advertising cycles planning;
- OOH and Print plans elaboration;
- Promotion concepts and mechanics development;
- Retail cycles / Trade incentive programs;
- Communication materials development;
- Intranet sites development and execution;
- Development and implementation of umbrella BTL program;
- Packaging projects: promo packaging, packaging upgrade;
- HORECA management: clubs network establishment, special consumer events, HORECA branding development and coordination;
- DM projects;
- Supervision of all brand’s activities implementation, reparation of promo reports, running of post-campaign analyses;
- Brand ‘housekeeping’, collaboration with Purchasing, logistics and stock management.
2. Full responsibility for Brand performance reviews and up-dates, analysis of sales, market, consumer and competitors’ data. Work with AC Nielsen, Business Analytica databases, consumer researches.
3. Full responsibility for the Brand’s budget, including handling and monitoring of all Brand related DME and allocation of financial resources according to the planned Brand’s activities. Analysis of the programs cost effectiveness.
4. Agency relationships: liaison with two ATL agencies (Leo Burnett, Y&R) and BTL agency (UniLinx). Briefings, day-to-day cooperation, biddings.
