Обязанности и достижения:
• Responsible for approving, executing, and confirming long and short securities transactions initiated by retail and institutional clients
• Apply advanced knowledge of complex accounts with margin and all levels of equity options and fixed income
• Build and maintain relationships with private bank and personal bankers, ask for referrals and business on a regular basis
• Provide assistance to the office of compliance with evaluating high risk accounts
• Promoted to a new accounts specialist within the sales team with responsibility of opening new accounts including collateral, corporate, limited partnerships, trusts, retirement and individual accounts
• Extensive knowledge of the organization, financial products and services
• Handle more complex escalated customer calls in order to resolve in the most satisfactory manner for all parties concerned while applying advanced problem solving skills
• Assess needs of the customers and suggest alternative products or services
• Assist the team leader by supporting training of new associates
• Application of high level of technical skills by efficiently utilizing financial software programs: FBSI, IRIS, BOSS FAST, STREETSCAPE, ADP and Bond Desk
