- Administrative Manager at Marriott Grand Hotel Moscow;
- Telemarketing department, the cold sales, the key client support;
- Deputy manager of the office;
- Office with the subordinates of 12 people;
- Control of the sales plan execution on a weekly basis;
- Event support of the key clients, the conflict management;
- Payroll, calculation of the monthly bonuses, daily closing reports;
- Coordination with the seven leading hotels in Moscow: Marriott Grand Hotel, Marriott Aurora Hotel, Marriott Tverskaya, Renaissance Monarch Hotel, Hilton Moscow Leningradskaya, Holiday Inn Lesnaya, Holiday Inn Suschevsky
- Presentations' preparation for the other departments, the counterparties, the partners and the key clients;
- Paper work responsibilities (requisition forms, accounting documentation for counterparties, oral and written translations, global purchasing system);
- Meetings with the head managers of the hotels and the other departments;
- Negotiations in English, the translations;
- The trainings and the education sessions for the newcomers and the trainings for the other colleagues from the other departments by the request;
- To interview the potential employees;
- Hotel bookings for the clients and visa support;
- Coordination with the designer companies;
- Full office support.
