- Company’s data base updating
- Assistance to the Project Leader
- Preparing (updating existing) lists for new searches for different positions
- Building relationships with clients; Interact with clients and candidates
- Telephone communication - collecting data over phone on daily basis; headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates;
- Perform general clerical and other administrative duties, oversee all aspects of general office coordination
- Conduct research, compile data and prepare papers for consideration and presentation to the -Country Manager, Managing Partners and Senior Managers
- Set up and coordinate meetings and interviews, make travel arrangements
- Completing a search of the candidate database to find the right person for the employer’s vacancy;
Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and short-listing candidates;
Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the employer;
Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question;
Preparing CV’s and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants;
Organizing interviews for candidates as requested by the client; informing candidates
