Administration of Director's office; itinerary, negotiations with foreign partners, translation of business correspondence, agreements, interpreting and record-keeping at meetings; arranging meetings, business and personal trips. Office support, distributing documents among departments, collecting work information and inputtung it into computer database, subscribing to profile journals and newspapers.
Making and colecting performance reports, informing the Executive of the current financial and marketing issues.
Monitoring projects on the basis of departments reports and making consolidated returns, controlling fulfillment of contracts.
