Since 08.2007 till 11.2009 - Greeter / Middle officer
Greeeting customers at branch, processing all service requests and financial operations (Complaints, Funds transfers, banking cards issue, deposits, accounts opening/closure, etc)
Achievements: Best employee of a month (May, June. July, December 2008, February, March 2009, Individual spot awards (7 times) for great initiative and service quality, "CitiStar Award" in September 2008
In 05.2009 I became middle officer. It means i`ve got new functions added to previous: teaching newcomers, watching the work schedule, working on most difficult cases, demanding big experience and great knowledge of banking procedures.
Since 11.2009 - Payroll support manager in back-office.
Functions: checking and processing customer applications (Credit Cards, Loans, Insurance), communicating with payroll companies representatives, working out analytical reports on sales results.
