This project was implemented by an international project team with members from three different countries: Russia, Finland and the Czech Republic.
The client is a Russian medical company who is producing service which combines your medical data and a possibility to directly contact your doctor. The goal for the project was to produce a market entry plan to the client This plan included information to how they should continue their progress in the Russian market and also the team gathered information about different countries to which they could expand in the future.
The theoretical part included market research, branding and legislation. With the results provided by the team the client can continue their advancement in the Russian market with the information about new possible customers and information how they could improve their branding etc.

The project was implemented by an international team with members from Finland, Russia and China.
The client is an international logistic company with operations in many cities in the world headquartered in Vantaa Finland. The direct name of the project was to do market research for ongoing and upcoming projects’ information in the region of Arctic Zone, Sakhalin and Ural areas in Russia in the field of oil and gas, construction and mining, and thus to find out valuable contact information of procurement departments’ personnel who take care of buying materials for the projects.
The team executed market research in order to acquire the above mentioned information. The theoretical part included supply chain, logistic chain management, market research, procurement, cross-cultural communication and networking. As a result, the team provided the client with the results of market research, useful potential clients’ information and provided proposals in contacting the potential clients, which will help the client in conducting.
