Обязанности и достижения:
Financial administration: invoicing, acting, invoice-factuurs issuing; working with bank client system (payment orders, transactions); dealing with the bank (transaction passports, down payment guarantees, others); assistance in budget planning, office petty cash; expense reports.
Legal issues: contracts preparation.
HR: recruitment (direct search and dealing with recruitment agencies), interviewing candidates; preparation of labour contracts, filling in and registration of labour books, medical insurance, control of working hours registration, vacation applications, sick leave, business trips, organization of training courses for the employees.
Dealing with SRO: applications, change of permit, attending meetings, submitting required documents and etc.
Expatriates: obtaining of working permit (the whole procedure from submitting application for quota up to working visa), working visas for members of the family, invitation letters, accommodation.
Dealing with subcontractors, authorities (contract, payments, personnel certification, expertise).
Overall support of the director: assistance in preparation of the proposals, presentations, preparation of internal orders and directions and control over their fulfilment by the employees.
Administrative support: office management, office rent when required, dealing with the landlord, office cars rent, office cars leasing, IT service support, dealing with Internet and phone providers, organization of corporate events, meetings, conferences.
