I`m Public Health specialist with over twenty years of professional experience in hospital and clinic settings. My experience draws on Internal medicine, with solid exposure to a range of disease states and health disorders, including a high volume of hepatitis, substance abuse, STI`s, TB and HIV/AIDS cases, an above average percentage of pulmonary, diabetes and cardiac patients, health care management. I`m experienced in development of the design of quantitative (household) and qualitative (focus-groups and individual interviews) surveys in health policy area. I have more than 8 years’ experience working with Head of Regional Executive Power, representatives or community level governmental authorities, municipal representatives and relative governmental institutions includes Regional Health Department, Head of Central Hospitals, etc. I have solid background in the design, planning, implementation, management, and all stages of the M&E process, from project inception and indicator design to data collection and reprogramming of capacity building efforts in organizational development and institutional strengthening.
