06.2012- 08.2018 Team leader KM Responsibilities: - Preparation of technical tasks; contract check; project management; communication with customers, general contractors & subcontractors on project issue. Engineering work planning, production and shipping scheduling. - Work with expertise. - Daily subordinates planning (up to 15 people), task setting, reports. - Project documentation check in compliance with norms, technical task, plant standard. - Process control on each stage. - Recruitments, training plan set and follow up. - Optimization of internal procedures and processes, coordination of project works with company subsidiaries in Luxemburg, Hungary, Czech Republic etc. - Project budjet follow up. 04.2007-06.2012 chief engineer, engineer. Responsibilities: - Coaching. - Concept details check. - Author supervision. - Incorporation of products from MERCOR, HOERMANN, INDULIGHT, TRIMO, METALLOPROFIL etc. to Astron systems. Achievements: contributed in the execution of 210 projects in Russia, Belorussia, Azerbaijan, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Western Africa, etc. Around 160 buildings are built on site. Under my leadership and together with R&D department LUX was developed and implemented new product ARCTIC WALL with higher thermal resistance.

Approbation in the local department of architecture and department of historical building protection and restoration. Historical city block Yaroslavl. - Projects for ventilated facades (Ranilla, Taldom profil etc.) and membrane-roofs. Job responsibilities: clarification of the current questions with the costumer, partner building and material supplying companies; erection drawings and bill of material release. Achievements: Around 10 projects were made, 3 built on site. Among them: shopping center Yaroslavl, administrative building, reconstruction of city block.

Business correspondence in english & russian languages. Able to set tasks and explain customer wish to project group. Result oriented- finished product, built building. Sails manager technical support during contract negotiations. Under my leadership project group carried out 25-30 projects (static design, drawings stage P, R KM) per year around 15-20 were released in production according to Astron production plan 300 ton per week.
