Key Responsibilities:
Participation in development and debugging of Huawei SmartCare Solutions:
1. Service Quality Complaint Support (CCA):
- CEM defines CEI for client services (Voice, VoLTE, WEB, OTT, SMS etc.) in accordance with KQI/KPI,
- Displaying CEI in GUI, Demarcation of the root causes of complaints, transfer to external system by API,
- Adding Service KQIs/KPIs and xDRs to Complaint Scenarios in Fault Tree,
- Adding and modifying details about Root Cause Displayed on UI,
- Modifying Single-Interface xDR Configurations,
2. Real-Time VIP and super VIP monitoring:
- Creation of KPI/KQI/CEI or their combinations for services provided and services in general according to groups of VIP/SuperVIP clients,
- Creation of a system of alarms in case of SLA -violation with geo-referencing of SLA violation (location on the map) formation of Trouble Ticket and transfer it to external system (Fault management, CRM, Trouble Ticketing), ensuring bilateral integration with Customer's systems,
- Drill down to service detail records generated and Customer Experience Analysis page for a VVIP customer
3. Analysis of service quality of voice and PS data on terminals, services, subscribers
- Service Quality Analysis/CS&PS Network Performance Analysis,
- PS Traffic Analysis/Protocol Analysis/ Subscriber Analysis,
- Service Quality Analysis/Service Quality Demarcation,
- Creating Customized APP & Dashboards for service monitoring and analysis for customer requirements,

2020 – 2021 VEON Genex Discovery MV RAN Nokia/Ericsson

2018 – 2019 - Vimpelcom SWAP Project (North-West/Volga regions)
Role: RF Expert
Key Responsibilities:
- The formation clusters of sites in the region, according to customer requirements
- Mapping of logical and physical parameters for subsequent SWAP from Ericsson/Nokia vendors,
- Comparing statistical data with Baseline and analyzing after SWAP, KPI's monitoring (PRS, Globus tools),
- Identifying, investigate KPI's and communicate issues during the testing activities including root cause analysis and enhancement
