Key account manager in the Moscow office of Italian producer of tiles and stoneware. Sales in B2B segment – communication with investors, architects, construction companies, owners of office/shop network (banks, retailers, car dealers, restaurants, etc). Presentation and promotion of the company product among above target groups, samples delivery, visits on construction sites, control of the deal settlement and contract execution. Communication with another sales channels – distributors, which mainly target retail segment. Participation in the exhibitions (Mosbuild, CERSAIE), factory visits with the clients. Sales forecasts and coordination of production plans with the factory. Work out of the most efficient delivery schemes of the product from the factories to final customers.
