1. Increasing DIY sales on the territory: Moscow, Moscow Region, Tula
2. Conducting business meetings, establishing and maintaining business connections with managers of shops and departments in DIY chains (Leroy Merlin, Castorama, OBI, Petrovich, Maxidom)
3. Conducting regular educational events and webinars for DIY sales managers.
4. Organizing the work of promotional staff in federal DIY chains (Leroy Merlin, Castorama, OBI) on the territory under responsibility.
5. Hiring, teaching, adaptation and development of promotional staff.
6. Increasing the amount of supplies of Ariston by continuous communication and building up friendly relationships with the managers of departments.
7. Increasing the “shelf share”, improving the presence of Ariston products.
8. Sales volume forecasting.
9. Initiating and implementing of promotional activities in DIY chains on the territory under responsibility.
10. Controlling price setting and regulating deviations.
11. Coordinating the issues of refunds, defects services, etc.
