General Responsibilities
• Assisting with the administration, negotiation and monitoring of various types of subcontracts
Preparing subcontract and contracts close-out documentation.
• Coordinating and communicating with internal and external personnel at various levels to get required results.
• Receiving and verification of invoices. Assure invoices and payments are accurate and processed on time.
• Handover and further support to Accounting Department.
• Preparing and disseminating information to appropriate managerial level regarding subcontract status, compliance, modification, deviation, negotiation, termination, and closeout.
• Supporting routine requests submitted by Subcontractor. Correspondence with Subcontractor.
• Preparing of subcontract documents, executes subcontracts on behalf of the Company, administers subcontracts and serves as primary interface with subcontractors.
• Providing assistance, as required, to the Sr. Subcontracts Manager.
• Negotiating and administers agreements and work with subcontractors to obtain cost and pricing information Performing other office duties as assigned.
